of use. Please review the following terms carefully and should you disagree, you should not use the site. The terms "CarHireGeneva" or "Car Hire Geneva" or "us" or "we" refers to Egebjerg Travels, the owner of the website. The term "you" refers to the user or viewer of our website.
Acceptance of Agreement
You acknowledge that Egebjerg Travels owns CarHire-Geneva.com and understand that
the content, images, trademarks, and logos ("Information") found on CarHire-Geneva.com,
whether provided by Car Hire Geneva independently or in conjunction with any managed
car facility ("Car Hire Geneva Facility"), is copyrighted material of the respective owner
and protected by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. This Information may
not be used without the express written permission of Car Hire Geneva, or the respective
owner. Downloading or copying Information from CarHire-Geneva.com does not transfer
any right, title or interest to the downloaded or copied material and Car Hire Geneva,
or the respective owner, retains all intellectual property rights therein. Modification
or use of the material on CarHire-Geneva.com for any purpose other than for personal
use as set forth herein is strictly prohibited.
Information regarding online reservation
On-line reservations are transferred in an environment secured by the SSL (Secure
Socket Layer) encryption protocol. In order to confirm your car reservation, you
will be asked for your credit card information if you do not have an ID number.
At the end of the reservation process, you will be issued a reservation number.
A confirming e-mail will also be sent to you, repeating the details of your rental
and your reservation number. We advise you to keep your reservation number, which
you will be asked to provide at the beginning of the rental.
General
No information contained in this Site may be treated as an offer or invitation to
treat, apart from the pages containing specific services and for which contract
offers are presented expressly and unambiguously. If a contract is made between
Car Hire Geneva and a Customer, Car Hire Geneva shall be bound only by the terms and conditions
appearing on the printed documents signed by Car Hire Geneva. Neither Car Hire Geneva nor any
other company mentioned on this site may be deemed to be bound by the information
published on this site. In addition, this site may contain typographical or syntax
errors, which may be amended at any time without notice.
Car Hire Geneva shall bear no liability or grant any warranty, expressly or impliedly,
except in the cases provided for below or provided for with respect to specific
services (reservations, frequent-user card programs, etc.), for which specific contract
terms are provided.
Liability
In no event shall Car Hire Geneva bear any liability directly or indirectly to anyone owing
to use of this Site, including in the event that Car Hire Geneva or one of its representatives
has been informed of a risk. If the governing law does not allow a disclaimer of
liability, Car Hire Geneva's liability shall be limited in all cases to the extent permitted
by the governing law.
Warranty
Car Hire Geneva shall use best efforts to ascertain the accuracy of the information published
on the Site, the contents of which it reserves the right to amend at any time without
notice.
However, the information contained in this Site is provided without any warranty
of any kind whatsoever, express or implied, on Car Hire Geneva's part. In addition, Car Hire Geneva

are useable in countries other than France and Switzerland, and advises Customers to consult the
official Car Hire Geneva partner sites in their own countries.
Liability and warranty in connection with the on-line reservation service
Car Hire Geneva shall bear no liability pursuant to the reservation or reservation-simulation
service available on the site and all the official Car Hire Geneva sites. The terms and
conditions of reservation and rental of Car Hire Geneva vehicles are subject to amendment
at any time. The Car Hire Geneva on-line vehicle-rental service shall not give rise to
any liability of Car Hire Geneva, in tort or contract, directly or indirectly. The pricing
information provided by the on-line reservation service is information based on
the data provided by the Customer. In no event shall on-line reservation of a Car Hire Geneva
vehicle be treated as constituting a rental contract. Each official Car Hire Geneva site
contains a reminder, in the language of the Customers at which it is directed, and
according to the statutes and regulations in force in the country where the services
will be provided, of the terms of reservation and rental of Car Hire Geneva vehicles. Those
terms shall be notified to the Customer on request. If that warning does not appear
on the official site, the Customer shall be deemed to have received sufficient information
from this caution.
In any event, the vehicle-rental contract shall be formed only at the time when
the Customer withdraws his or her vehicle and signs the rental contract, accepting
the rental terms contained in it. These provisions shall not apply pursuant to the
option in the Ready Master Rental Agreement.
Linking to the site
You may provide links to the Site, provided (a) that you do not remove or obscure,
by framing or otherwise, advertisements, the copyright notice, or other notices
on the Site, (b) your site does not engage in illegal or pornographic activities
and (c) you discontinue providing links to the site immediately upon request by
us.
Disclaimer
The information, content and documents from or through the site are provided "AS-IS",
"AS AVAILABLE", with "ALL FAULTS", and ALL WARRANTIES, express or implied, are disclaimed.
The information and services may contain bugs, errors, problems or other limitations
and the site may not provide specific results. The above disclaimer applies to any
damages, liability or injuries caused by any failure of performance, error, omission,
interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus,
communication line failure, theft or destruction of or unauthorized access to, alteration
of, or use, whether for breach of contract, tort, negligence or any other cause

Car Hire Geneva may disclose any
information we have about you (including your identity) if we determine that such
disclosure is necessary in connection with any investigation or complaint regarding
your use of the Site, or to identify, contact or bring legal action against someone
who may be causing injury to or interference with ( either intentionally or unintentionally
) Car Hire Geneva’s rights or property, or the rights or property of visitors to
or users of the Site, including Car Hire Geneva's customers. Car Hire Geneva reserves
the right at all times to disclose any information that we deems necessary to comply
with any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request. CarHireGeneva
also may disclose your information when Car Hire Geneva determines that applicable
law requires or permits such disclosure, including exchanging information with other
companies and organizations for fraud protection purposes.
